Came and gave a free quote which was extremely well communicated and provided pictures to show the issues we were having. We needed to replace our caps as well as new waterproofing on our chase cover. Repairs were able to be completed immediately. Extremely happy with the service and felt cost was very fair. Would recommend for service"

They did such an excellent job and the closets and pantry have held up beautifully, so it was a no-brainer to have them complete my primary bedroom walk-in closet this month. Tammy is a pro and probably the nicest person you’ll ever meet! She remembered exactly who I was, even after a few years, and pulled up the previous design for my primary closet. We tweaked a few things to ensure I was happy and booked the install. The installers showed up on time, wore shoe covers without me asking, were very friendly, and completed my closet perfectly. I love it! I plan on working with Chicagoland Home Products in the future and recommend them to everyone."

My posts are straight, even, lined up and the foot of the post he installed looks uniformed too. The young man Phillip knows what he is doing and is great at it.
