"From the moment I first talked with Mr. Wayne Null of Fox Brick he was extremely friendly and professional.  He gave me the basics of what was needed during that call, and after I had emailed him the insurance information for the drunk driver, he assumed full responsibility for working with the driver's insurance company.  From that first phone call I did virtually nothing except authorize Mr. Null to proceed with whatever work was needed to complete the project.  After the insurance was vetted, he sent me and the insurance company a full statement of services to be performed.  I authorized work to proceed by email, and within less than three days the work was completely finished.  He not only replaced the old unit but actually improved it by replacing the older style metal mailbox, which has rusted out, with an aluminum unit that will never rust.  The quality of the work is superb.  We are extremely pleased not only with the final product but with the outstanding service provided by Wayne, his staff, and the entire company.  We give them our highest recommendation.  Fox Brick is a first-class company providing superior service. <br />"

"This is my second time hiring this company to install windows for my house. Both times that I have purchased windows I have worked with the same sales associate. He is a great professional who knows his information well and is a true representation of what this company stands for. He makes the customer feel very important and is always willing to go "the extra mile".  I've had the same install crew both times as they are extremely efficient ,, friendly and get the job done right.  <br />            On my first order of windows I was also getting siding repaired due to hail damage. Due to some miscommunication, the replacement of the siding was not completed. However, after I noticed the situation, they had the same crew back within in a hour to finish the job! That is true customer dedication! For the second job the crew performed, there was an accidental issue that arose while the crew was on the site. The next day, I informed the owner of the company of the problem, and by the next week he had compensated me for the cost of the issue.  I feel that even though small problems did arise from both jobs, the company handled it very well and did what they needed to do to make sure it was done right! The best test for exceptional customer service is when something goes wrong and I as the customer can clearly see that they give it 110% of their time to fix it and make sure it's done right! <br />"
