"Ryan Wolfe was prompt in response to our phone calls and arrived timely for the initial review of the project and was prompt every work day thereafter.  Ryan's cost estimate was not the lowest we received, but we were impressed with his knowledge of what caused our driveway to collapse and prevention measures necessary to keep it from happening again.  We do not regret going with All American Concrete instead of the lowest bidder.  <br /> The tin horn replacement was not part of the initial cost estimate and while we did have to cover the additional cost of the new tin horn, Ryan did not charge for the additional work.  <br /> Work was completed on time with no extra costs added to the amount on the contract.  Care was taken not to damage our property or our neighbors'.  The crew cleaned up each day and did an extra thorough job of cleanup on their last day.  They were careful to keep our fence gates closed so our dog could not escape.  Everyone was very polite, considerate and professional. <br /> Time will tell how well the driveway holds up, but at this point I wholeheartedly can say we are glad we had Ryan Wolfe's All American Concrete do this work for us.  We absolutely recommend him! <br />"

"Mr Riley came out the day after we called for an estimate. Within 48 hours he sent us an estimate. He was not the most or least expensive estimate that we received but seemed to know his business. He was able to start our project within two weeks. We went to The Stamp Store and got colors and stamp selection. Our only complaint was when we selected our color, which was a combination of two release colors, we were told that the cost would increase by $300 because using a release would require it to be sealed. We were told that any concrete that was to be stamped requires a release so the seal should have been included in the initial estimate."

"My husband and I did research on several companies but none of them offered the hardscaping/erosion control expertise and overall service of Superior. We were overwhelmed with not knowing where to start or even what to do. Years of overgrowth and erosion had rendered our backyard useless. At one point they were ahead of schedule and were ready to trench for the retaining wall however Okie had not been onsite to mark for buried lines. Rather than calling it a day and pushing the project out his crew without hesitation started doing the work by hand with shovels! There may have been an additional hour or 2 of labor but we were very impressed by how they didn't let the scheduling issue draw things out any longer. The various sub contracted teams (concrete...dirt...sod) arrived right on schedule the days they were expected. <br /> <br /> The entire project only took about 7-8 business days and it was actually exciting to arrive home from work each day to see the changes and to see the design coming to fruition! Our dogs finally have a yard to run around (first fence for this 43 year old house)! The design of the wall and drainage keeps the yard dry and our adjoining tennis court has yet to flood as we've seen previously. My family never realized what an emotional drain it was to look out the window to a barren dirt covered yard but this spring when the beautiful green grass came up and sunshine floods in each morning.... well, I can honestly say it's changed our lives. It sounds crazy but we couldn't have been happier with the way it all turned out. <br /> <br /> The design was create to last and I'm confident that it will. I even remember telling my husband afterward that I really wanted to know how much profit went directly to Matt because after considering the quality of work received and the lack of stress put on my family, I couldn't imagine that it was enough. (The husband quickly said I was out of my mind and needless to say Matt never received any additional profit. HA!;) We've already referred him to others and will certainly look forward to future projects."

"Darin showed up for the quote when he said he would. He explained the how the process would go in detail. The quote was received within 2 days. His crew was exceptional and each one had their area of expertise. Every day the area was cleaned and tidy. Due to the weather, the time estimate was twice as long but I understood this as no one can paint in the rain or 25 mph winds. Bottom line is this guy is good. Sure, you can find cheaper painters out there. However, if you want the job done right and be done the way you would do it, this is the painter for you. I've used other painters before and not one of them was as detailed to protect your property as Darin was. He even found thin spots from when the house was painted during construction and applied a heavier coat in those ares. This is the reason why I had so many soffit repairs. All new wood was primed before painting. Some of you may look at the price I paid and call it ridiculous but I disagree. My house is not a cookie cutter and has 3 different designs in the roof which includes many overhanging eaves and has 4 dormers. I also used above average paint. I would use Darin and his crew again. I even got a quote for some inside paint and repairs that was very reasonable. However, my wife said since I won't be up 30ft in a ladder that I can do those jobs. I just hope she doesn't expect it done during fishing season! <br />"
