"We had the aging cement board siding on our house painted with dark grey. We had a very large area to paint. Single thick coat looks real good. Workers first washed house down. After drying, all trim abutting cement board was sealed. Then several workers banged out house painting in 1 1/2 days. I was amazed at how quick they worked with diligence. a few days later a couple workers returned to paint the front door (no extra cost). They also recoated paint on the the columns and painted trim boards around the front porch without us asking. Work was very professional and thorough. The price was very reasonable and the payment schedule was broken down in manner agreeable for both us and PLJ. They did a construction cleanup, repaired a retaining wall, fixed some serious divots in my road, mulched my garden and cut back some overgrown trees. They are currently rebuilding the gate of a fence that has been resistant to repair. The owner, Rohan, and his sister, Davinia, make a great team. He works alongside his men, instructing, advising and guiding them, while she runs the scheduling, billing and correspondence. Thus far, they have been fair and responsive to my requests.
