They were onsite with a full crew the very next morning for the tear-off of the old roof. We left for our sonâ s graduation, and I expected weâ d come home to a bare roof, and the install would be done the next day. No. I returned to find the tear-off completed, and the installation nearly finished! I climbed up to the roof to watch the remaining work. Had bad water damage to many Rafter Tails as well as a severe leak in the garage, Had several Contractors out for estimates some wanting to go a much more expensive route to repair the damaged wood on the Rafters as well as suggesting a complete Torch down on the entire roof which was not needed, which came with a less than desirable Warranty along with higher costs. Richard gave me peace of mind with his knowledge and suggestions which in turn provided a much longer Warranty and cheaper more effective route to repairing the damaged Rafter tails,all at a very reasonable price compared to other estimates.
