"Pure Restoration does it all and does it all to perfection. Tommy is smart, creative, artistic, and honest. He knows how to push through insurance claims when the denials start rolling in. He knows how to solve problems. Most importantly, he is a good person with good intentions. He understands the way of our world where quality work and customer care matter. Pure Restoration basically reconstructed my home after a horrible combination of fire and water damage. I am married with two small kids and uprooting us from our home was stressful, but Tommy did not add to the stress. In fact, his demeanor is naturally calming, he naturally cares about people, and he tries to instill good vibes. Also, the office is always there. They are one email away. The crew is also the most trustworthy crew that I can imagine. All in all, they are a model company."

Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. "It was very easy task to talk, hire and have my carpet cleaned. The following day after I spoke to them, a person came over to my house and gave me a great estimate for the carpet cleaning.
Daniel was the person that worked at my house and he did a great job. He worked for 3 hours. After the carpet was cleaned, it looked like new and I had to let it dry for several hours. Thank you Daniel for the great clean and service.

"We had experienced a water leakage into our carpet on the first floor, so I contacted experts of Hometown Restoration and spoke with the owner, who was helpful and answered all of my questions. They made a schedule and arrived at our house on that day. First, they inspected the place nicely and then explained to us the whole process of what they would be going to do. It was excellent advice, so I hired them to fix our floors. They could altogether remove all of the water and dry things out, and we are delighted with the work they did. If you face any issue with fire or water damage or need any help regarding other services, I would highly suggest them. They did an excellent job, and it was a fantastic experience to work with them!"
