RioMaids were extremely nice, listened to what I wanted, very professional and communicated well. This was the first I’ve ever hired a cleaning service and was more than satisfied. "They sub out the cleaning. Told me I?d have 2 to 3 cleaners, only 1 showed up. The one who showed up did a good job for cleaning by herself. She told me there was never another cleaner coming to help clean, only ever her. Even tho Top Notch told me the other person ?called out sick.? Which was a lie. I booked with Top Notch, told them the details of what I needed cleaned and had it confirmed via text message. The day of the clean, they told I had booked something different, even tho I had proof in text. Then charged me $50 more. They?re kinda a hot mess. I wouldn?t use again. Only gave 3.5 stars bc the actual cleaning was decent."
