"SO sad about the final outcome!!!! There are soooo many runs--that now I have to go back and fix. Runs on walls--runs on the trim (embarrassed to show off the work) A friend came over and noticed them right away. They have ruined a lamp shade, got paint all over 2 lamps electrical cords-that now have to be cleaned, Got paint on both of our vehicles. They stated that they would touch up a few places before they left and didn't. Took them much longer to finish than estimated. Had to point out to them their errors--they should have caught them. Missed areas and now having to go back and paint. Got paint on 1 of my stenciled walls that now I have to go back and correct. Had a brand new sink covered with towels and they decided to use it. (we hadn't even used it). Scratched brand new hardwood floors. Bought empty paint can to put left over paint in-and it is gone. Why? Paid them more than they quoted because we felt bad that it took them so long to finish the project. Now for positives: Fixed the cracked seams in the walls/made walls smooth. Made crown molding which was coming apart look soo much better. They did quite a bit of work--but not up to my standards. Overall: Would NOT recommend."

"The owner was communicative and workers were efficient, but they didn’t really finish the job. There were two smaller holes that never got fixed and I unfortunately didn’t notice at first, however I did show them these initially. They didn’t sand down the patched drywall but one of them spoke a little english and the other spoke absolutely none so this was difficult to explain. I was left with splotchy and extremely textured patches on my wall. I believe they tried explaining this away by claiming this was the texture of the wall but it was a lot more textured/grainy than the rest of the wall. The most frustrating part: I was not told until they were ready to walk out the door that they only accepted cash or zelle. I probably should’ve asked but I also provide services to customers of my own and I always inform them of payment options. Waiting until the last second (on the owner and workers’ part) resulted in a fifteen minute awkward waiting period where they just stood in the doorway of my home while we called my bank and tried to set up a zelle account. I’ve had different repairs and cleanings done and I’ve just never seen so few payment options that were also not communicated up front."
