Our home is around 50 years old. Ours was a large job - around a month and $30,000. We had Triangle Reconstruction come in after another moisture company provided mold remediation and a humidifier. I wish we’d contacted TR to start with. We provided TR with a structural engineering report. They created a plan to exactly meet all of engineer’s concerns. TR used temporary supports and replaced seal plates, girders, and joists for over half of our home. In addition, they poured footers and built new columns. They also added a few additional girders to firm up our floors. They removed and replaced our insulation. They sealed our porch and crawl space, replaced our vapor barrier, and installed a moisture meter. They wrapped our electrical cords and hung them. The people at TR are remarkable. A+++++"

Both bathrooms are now finished, and the quality of workmanship is outstanding. Every detail is perfect- and I am pretty darned picky. The baths are beautiful, and they fit perfectly with the overall character of my home. I would not change a single thing. "Overall the job went well and happy with the end results. Dan (Martin) was generally on time and responsive to my questions. Price for work and materials was fair although it was a bit confusing coordinating his quote with my insurance claim. The only real hiccup with the job involved the carpeting. He quoted as part of the entire job (which we asked him to do for our claim) and the end result was ok but I feel it may have gone more smoothly for us to have that part done independently with another carpet specific professional as it appeared a bit out of his realm. We also asked him to do some other small jobs outside of the main basement job (lighting, ceiling repair, install new sliding door to deck) and those went well. I would recommend Martin Services to others."

"There work exceeded my expectations. I was very concerned about this job because my husband and I had just had some trees removed, and our yard had been limed and reseeded. It just worked out that I hired ConWorx to do this work after my yard had been done. I mentioned to Mr. Bailey that I didn't want the yard tore up with heavy equipment, so he and his crew dug out the dirt for the foundation by hand. When the job was finished, my yard was left in impeccable shape. I love my new concrete slab. The slab is level and should serve us well. We are excited to install our new storage shed."

"Luis and his team did an excellent job on our 107-year old farmhouse.  Weather delayed the start of the project, but once underway, it went smoothly and quickly.  Of course we are extremely happy that our house is now resting on a solid foundation (and you can feel just how much more solid it is, which gives us a great sense of security), but the best part for us is how comfortable the encapsulation and insulation has made our home.  It's no longer cold and damp; the floors aren't cold; and the air quality is dramatically improved.  Luis promised that there would be a dramatic difference in the comfort level of our home and there is.  It is so warm and cozy -- just in time for the delayed winter.  We had a competitive bid from another Angie's List provider, but we are very happy we went with Xpert.  Luis has had decades of construction experience, which showed on the job.  He notices everything and stays on top of all of the details.  He also graciously helped us with advice on other projects we are planning that are completely unrelated to the foundation work he was doing.  In terms of cost, while an expensive project overall, we feel that we got our money's worth.  When the project was underway and hidden problems that required additional work came to light (literally), Luis worked with us to keep the cost as low as possible.  We are very glad we chose Xpert and highly recommend. <br />"
