"Monthly lawn fertilizing and weeding began April 2019. Some weeds disappeared but spider weeds were never destroyed and cancelled the service in October 2020. Overseeding and aeration was done well and grass did grow but the grass in the sparse areas of the yard didn't grow well. I have clay soil and no one from the company discussed with me how to adjust the composition of the soil for better grass growth."

"On  Monday they tore out old steps of RR crossties. On Tuesday they set posts in concrete an ACTUALLY BUILT STRINGERS USING TREATED WOOD. On Thursday they put in the steps using two 38 in. by 8 in. boards cut for each step for a run of 11 steps, built a railing that runs the whole length of the steps and built a platform of approximately 5 feet at the top of the staircase using the same 38 in. by 8 in. boards. Every board is treated wood and every board was secured carefully with SCREWS.!"
