"We sing the contract; the contractor came and measured the concrete stairs and existing broken handrail, and we got quote sing the contracts paid deposit and they came to install it just to see that the handrail they ordered was too small. Then they went silent for 2 months. It is October and we sing contract in August, we finally got response that the contractor got busy with larger projects...This is very disrespectful and non professional behavior."

Gabe moved fast (he’ll be done by Monday—EEK!), and for business owners, time is money, so having a contractor who’s in and out efficiently is HUGE. During the project, he discovered some mold in the building. Not only did he notify the property owners immediately, but he also took care of the remediation, followed all proper protocols, and handled it all on his own.
