"The quote came from Nick and since I can't remember if Nick is the name of the man I met with in person or not, I'm just going to call him Man. Man and I met to look at the garage. It's at a property we were preparing to sell. Man was late getting there but did let me know he was leaving another job and running behind. Still, I was waiting for a while. We had 3 people give us quotes and his was the highest by far (the other two were $885 and $1276). We were of the opinion that the gentleman who gave us the quote for $1276 had overbid because he didn't want to do the job. I thought $1850 was excessive and way out of line with what needed done. We will not be calling for quotes anymore."
