"I found these company online and I hired them to replace all the existing windows and patio doors with new fiberglass (Milgard) Ultra windows and a double French door from them a few months ago for our renovation. The people that we were involved with (including the installers and the sales man), was definitely outstanding. We had a minor issues that accorded during install, and they provided awesome post-sale support as well. We purchased 2 additional exterior doors from them and this was an add on that we decided to do in the last minute and after the work was stated. We were sure that they won’t be able to do it during the same time… but they did it and it went so smooth and excellent. Should've gone to Landmark construction energy crew for those too. "Artificial turf looks good. Some of the plants have died. It's only been five months since the job was completed. All the other items are of fair to poor quality. Concrete areas have to be re-done by another company because it has cracked within days to weeks of it being placed. Concrete splashed on retaining wall which was never removed/cleaned by Andres. Paint on fencing chips away easily. He said he would remove the splashed concrete off the wall but never returned to finish the job. As I stated earlier, I have to pay $3K+ to have the concrete done again. Haven't gone through an entire rain season so still don't know how the drainage system works or not. Would never hire him again."
