Two flights of stairs at the first, two flights at the 2nd. Brought everything to the final location and individual rooms per instruction. Literally laid out the red carpet, everything padded + shrink wrapped. They even went the extra mile to assemble a bed frame at the end of a long day."

"Top notch white glove service all around. We hired Pro Express Moving with little notice as our new home in Florida become available a month early. Scrambling to find time to pack, Pro Express suggested to do the packing for us and honestly, it was a blessing. We worked out a timeline where we handed them the keys to our home in NJ the day before the move and we stayed at a hotel. We stopped by late in the afternoon on the day of the move and were pleasantly surprised on how perfect the packing of our things was. We left them and got a call from Pro when they were finished packing. We came back to do a walkthrough and everything was done better than expected. They scheduled the delivery to Florida per our timeline and arrived aas scheduled. They unpacked everything and it all arrived without a scratch. The managers and workers are super nice. The cost was as quoted with no surprises. This is our 6th move in 20 years and I wish I had used Pro Express with all of them. "

It was difficult to guarantee a time ahead of time but they were very clear about expectations. The day of the move I was contacted early and was given an option for an earlier time. The movers came and were very courteous and accommodating. Everything was done quickly, cleanly, and handled professionally. They were so fast to pack up and head out, they were on the road to my destination before I even finished locking up. They beat me to the destination, showing they absolutely do not make stops and your move is a priority. For final reference, I had a couch, desk, 2 tables, and a queen mattress moved."
