Again, a small problem, but he wasted his time investigating something that was already being addressed and then having to refocus on the problem at hand.

The work was done quickly, and my pond is now STUNNING. I cannot get over the difference! We had to take it all the way down and replace the liner. In the process Brian was able to move the waterfall and reconfigure the little stream that we had. We have two young, very rowdy pups and Brian is a dog person, too. He made changes that would look great but also stand up to swimming puppies. He is super nice and easy to work with. The fish were thrilled to be released into their new home, too. We found them through a friend, when Werbrich's were doing a very large project-building a retaining wall with extra water features for them. At the time I did not have a water feature, but after talking to them and being asked several questions, they took what I had envisioned in my head and made it a reality in my yard. I wanted the house and the yard to be an extension of each other and seen from every window in the back of the house. They have been back every year since. We are always introduced to the crews and who may be new to the site. Their professionalism is exceptional and thorough. Safety and keeping my pond happy is their goal. If one of their crew is in the neighborhood, they will stop by to see if everything is going as anticipated. If they spot something, they will let us know asap. Other companies have asked to do maintenance on our pond and yard and I won't let them touch the balance that is established in the backyard.
