"So glad I found Eagle Siding to do repair work on my home. Both Buck and Rick were a pleasure to work with and their crew did excellent work on replacing my chimney chase with LP Smart siding. They were constantly keeping track of the progress regarding the job itself and were available for any questions I might have. I would highly recommend Eagle Siding Inc. for any repair projects to your home, be it siding, roofing or window replacement. Thanks from a very gradifying customer!"

"I had asked Keyprime Roofing for a quote to replace my roof. However, based on their inspection they determined no repair or replacement was required at this time. I appreciated the honest assessment of the condition of our roof. Their representative was responsive and professional. I will definitely call Keyprime Roofing again when it's time to replace our roof."

"Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"

"First, thank you Tyler for making this happen in a very short period of time. I know this required some creative scheduling on your part and we can't thank you enough for all your hard work. We have a challenging house roof on our 2 story home, which required re-decking with plywood before it could be re-roofed. Also a second story flat roof over a porch, a detached garage and a screen house. Also had some minor fascia and soffit damage to repair from a prior storm, a chimney demolition and cap off, and 3 new whirlybird vents added to the roof. The amazing team completed about 98% of the project on 1 very hot day. They worked carefully to protect all structures, plants and shrubs on the property and did an excellent job on the clean-up. Any minor issues were promptly addressed and resolved. Everyone involved with eRoof was a pleasure to work with. We couldn't be more pleased with the final results."

"The work was done quickly and done well. The area was cleaned pretty well for the most part - but some nails have been found here and there. Overall very satisfied."

"The team at Superior Classic was great! I asked for a quote on my flat roof through Home Adviser and they were the first to respond. The sales rep Billy was over at my place in days and provided a quote shortly after that. During the quote process, they were great at getting back to me with any question I had, and I had A LOT. I was pleasantly surprised when their PVC flat roof product came back at a better rate than the EPDM product quoted by the other companies. Billy was open that it would be ~4 weeks before they could get the product from the manufacturer and finished up other jobs they had on the books. He was very responsive as I asked for updated during this time. Finally, when it came to putting the roof on, the crew was great. If it wasn't for the pounding, I wouldn't have even known they were here. Billy kept me up to date on the progress throughout the 2 and a half days they were there. He also came back out to show me some pictures of the process and talk me through any maintenance items I needed to know. I would definitely recommend Billy and the Superior Classic roofing team!"

"I cleaned the gutters to make sure that wasn't contributing to the problem so when the problem continued with the heavy rains I called Tom and left a message. He called later that evening and left a message. I returned his call the following morning and left another message. He left another message stating he would get back to me to let me know when he could come out. Four days went by (over a weekend) before ain't heard from him again. He left a message that he would be at my house at 9:00 the following morning. He showed up at 10:00. During this time I also contacted the other business partner. He was driving when I called so he said he would return my call within a half hour. I never heard from him again. The original experience I had with this company was outstanding. They were prompt, professional and their work was excellent. I truly appreciate Tom coming to recognize that I failed to clean a small downspout and hopefully rectifying my problem. He didn't charge anything for the 10-15 minutes he was here. However, I was frustrated with the communication issues and his tardiness in arriving an hour late when he finally came. It seems to me that improving this one area of his business would drastically improve customer satisfaction.

"The process was super easy. Austad came out and looked at why needed to be done and gave me a quick estimate. I was able to schedule for them to come back within the week, the work was done quickly and mess free. I was very impressed with the contractors work and my roof has been great since!"

"Eric and the team were professional and courteous. Very clean work. They even repaired 3 of my fascia boards. Highly recommend."
