"Over all it was an ok experience. They got there on time , did a good job with the carpets, and cleaned up after they were done. The carpet cleaners were very ,friendly, polite. However, they came in and right off the get go, tracked mud all over a brand new foyer runner. They cleaned it for us but the whole idea behind the appointment was to clean carpets and not to create more work. They didn't even offer a discount when we even paid extra for a deeper clean on our rugs. After they finished the job they packed everything up and never asked to walk around to see if we were happy with the work. They just said that they were done and they were off to the next job. I would not use them nor recommend them to friends and family."

"Great! Chance did a great job. He responded so fast here on Angis list. I sent a message and less then a minute I got a call from him and he even came out the same day. Then he came on a Saturday to fix a drain line so it would stop leaking in the house and make more damage. It took two days and my floors look amazing. Him and his coworker did a great job! They cleaned as they went I couldn’t be more happy. They worked so hard , and even pointed out where our hearing duct had water in it and was not connected. We’re so thankful. Now we can have the heating/ air company fix it when they come to put the unit back in the house. We have a couple more quotes from him for other things we need done. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before.
