"Showed up promptly, very polite, did a good job on getting everything clean, washing caused a white streak in the finish on my wood front door, showed it to technician who took a picture and said he would have someone call me, they never did. It was minor but noticeable. Noticed the day after the job that one of my soffit lights was hanging down out of the fixture. Don't know if they caused it but I suspect they did. Again minor but hard to believe they didn't notice it when it happened."

"First off I want to say he was the 3-4 person we called. I opted for some of the other people with more reviews before calling me Pritchard. Every other person I called, when they heard small leak, they in some polite form told me they were a little busy, and would call me back soon. Never heard back from any of them. From start to finish I have no complaints from him! He came out the day after I called to give him a quote. Told me he could be back to fix it that following week. It happen to storm the day he was supposed to come, he contacted me early that morning and told me because of the rain he wouldn't be able to come and rescheduled with me. Came out and did a great job! Cleaned up all his mess, and left it better than it was when he arrived. We plan to get a whole new roof in the next few years, we know who we are calling would highly recommend."

"I emailed Coastal and got a response from Josh within 12 hours. He came out the next day (on a Saturday!) to review my problem and give me an estimate. He quoted me the best price (by far!) of the three places I contacted. He also said he'd take care of it as soon as he could. We ended up responding back and forth as I worked out some issues and questions with timing and things and he was very helpful, responsive and patient. He and his team even showed up a bit earlier than they said they would. He worked with me that day (it was extremely cold and my wife was caring for our newborn and our house was without power while they worked so we had to get it reconnected and it was a whole ordeal) to do everything efficiently and I believe they even finished a bit quicker than he estimated. I am very grateful to have a good guy and company like this to call on when needed. My job was a huge oak that was leaning towards my house. It was in a kind of land-locked area behind a bunch of houses, so it was very difficult. All the companies said no vehicle or bobcat or anything could get back there, so that made it more expensive. It was a difficult job and they took care of it safely and in good time."

He and his crew completed the job in one day and left the property free of nails and cleaner than when they arrived.
