"Avi's and his crew were exceptional with their customer service and craftsmanship. As an example to how Avi treats his customers, Avi called me Saturday night to say he would be over at 8:30 Sunday morning to tarp my roof knowing there was a 30% chance of rain on Monday. Note, I did not have to call Avi...he called me to let me know he was coming over to protect my home. Avi was always available for communication. When he wasn't on-site working with his crew, he would ALWAYS be available via text and cell phone. Avi was also professional when having to adjust his work around 3 other Contractors installing insulation, ducts and electrical work. There was always full cooperation and the project went smoothly. Avi and his crew paid close attention to getting my new flat roof to drain properly and after a recent rain, I went up on my roof just to admire how well the water found its way to the drains. His work work was exception and if I ever had another roof project, I would call Avi without hesitation."

"They kept breaking the tiles on the roof they installed so they had to keep ordering new tiles to complete the job. The problem was they resorted to texting on occasion until they were asked to actually call us to resolve, which is not very professional. Our biggest concern is the solar installation. There were delays because they did not install the correct breaker. Now we found out that some of the panels are facing the wrong way and need to be re-positioned. We are unable to monitor the effectiveness of the system they put in even though they told us we would be able to. They're having trouble getting access to monitoring for us so they can see what is happening with our panels but we can't. They have continually asked for payment although they have not completed the job to our satisfaction. That was the same even when the roof wasn't completed they wanted payment. I would not recommend them to others. They were great at first but their responsiveness has been lacking and the work has continually gotten sloppier. Their demands for the payment have also become more frequent."
