My sectional sofa is about 6 years old and it has a lot of stains and was generally looking really worn and gross. I could not believe how great it came out. It basically looked brand new again. The carpeted stair case has not been cleaned since we moved in 4 years ago and it too, came out looking like brand new carpet. Jeff gave me a slight discount for paying cash and was kind enough to follow up with me the next day to make sure we were pleased with the service. "Top notch. Good at up selling, but we liked what we received. Deep cleaning our carpets were done with a floor scrubber and pads. Very effective. The floor smelled so good. Very strong, though. I can&apos;t sleep in there for a while because I get a bad headache from perfume smells. But still very happy. Also had the carpet stretched. They use the latest technology and I will never have to stretch it again!! I am embarrassed to admit it but we had not shampooed it for 4 years and it looks like newer carpet now. This was done 4 days ago. You know, it always look fabulous the first day so I waited to write this review to see how it looks several days later. Highly recommend Pro Carpet Care."
