I told him that this was not at all political but that I worked in healthcare and this was important to me. He then began degrading my career in healthcare. I would NOT rehire this company. Mixing politics and business never work."

"Scheduling my reservation was very easy. I scheduled the appointment over a week ago. They were supposed to arrive on 8/4 at 1:00 to move some items into my daughter's appointment. No one had arrived or contacted me by 1:45 so I called the number provided in my email. The call center attendant said he would check with the crew. In response to the call center, the crew calls and informed me that they were still at their first job. I asked them one time they could get there and they said, maybe 1 1/2 hours but could not promise if they'd get there at all. He was very nice when he called but I explained to him that I understood things can happen but he should have called me to let me know. My daughter, her friend, and my husband (with back issues) had no choice but to move it. We did not know anyone in the area so our closest person we could call was over 2 hours away. They did refund me my reservation fee but I needed the assistance more than I needed the money. VERY POOR PROFESSIONALISM!"
