"We are so happy with our new roof! This company was outstanding from start to finish. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company to make sure we were taken care of according to our policy. The men who put the roof on worked diligently for 12 hours. They were on time, and did outstanding work. The end result was a phenomenal new roof. We are so glad after a few different quotes from different companies that we went with Security Roofing."

"One workman was sent over to fix leak. Work took one hour, for which we were charged $1600. We thought we had an emergency situation. THE COMPANY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION. Even if the work was done properly, The fee for one hour of work is outrageous"

"Excellent experience! The representative who worked with us, Steve, was professional and thorough but very down to earth. I appreciated that he didn't try to use a bunch of high-pressure sales tactics but just did the inspection, provided the estimate, and quickly answered any questions. Maxim provided the best overall offer compared to the other estimates I received. The work was scheduled in a timely manner. Everything except the gutters was completed in one day (pretty good considering the shorter daylight in October). And the gutters were finished up about a week later, which was fine as the old gutters were working, just dented up from the storm. Maxim's work crew took care to remove and cover up plants and other things around the perimeter of the house. Everything was kept clean and orderly during the tear-off and then replacement phases of the work. After they were done, the property was completely cleaned up, magnets run for nails, etc. as expected. I didn't notice any unsafe conditions. They applied dimensional shingles and corresponding gutters and trim - it all looks really great. Maxim completed all of the elements of the contract and did high quality work. It's been about 2 months now and all is well. The two ladies in the office that I spoke with to make my payments - Marilyn and sorry I forget the other's name - were both very nice and got everything processed correctly."

"Chris Walter was our contact guy for Castle Roofing. He displayed professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire roofing process, explained my options honesty and was an active participant all day that my roof was removed and replaced. Chris is easy to communicate with and always promptly returns your text messages. My roof was damaged from the wind and hail during the July 2023 storm in Beavercreek ."

"Gunner Roofing We used Gunner to replace shingles. They told us that if we upgraded the skylight to one that is solar powered we would get a tax credit of 30% of the entire job, a savings of over $2000. We weren't planning to replace the skylight but the numbers made sense. When we filed our taxes for that year we learned that the skylight they used did NOT qualify for the tax credit. They mislead us to spending an extra $2,500 on the job. When I called to complain I left a message but no one ever returned my call. This is after they didn't do a good job on the roof and it took them months to come back and fix the leaks they caused. STAY AWAY!! Show less"

"Greg came out and did the initial inspection and estimate. He had some concerns, spoke with the owner, felt the job was complicated but necessary. Bill and his crew came out a couple of weeks later. The work was not easy but they kept at it. Bill was very communicative, knowledgable and friendly. He kept us in the loop the entire couple of days they were there. And despite running into some unexpected problems which slowed their work, they came in right on estimate. I couldn't recommend them more."
