"3 of the bedrooms were cleaned well. However, the master was still heavily stained. We waited until it was dry to be sure it was not just the wetness showing. By morning, we knew it was not a satisfactory job. We called, and the technician returned. He spent a good long time working on it and seemed have surprised himself for being able to remove the stains. He admitted that some extra elbow grease really helped."

He was very quick and the carpet wasn't clean but Angie's List is very limited over here and so I have to go to other sources to find my companies over here.
