"So far we have hired Armando and his crew twice, for a variety of projects. We have a lot of experience with handymen; I have owned over 40 rental properties, and have gone thru quite a few trades people over 30+ years. When I was younger I did a lot fo the work myself. I'm now older & retired, so I pays someone to do the harder jobs in my home; I no longer have rentals to worry about. The first day was sort of a test of the test of workmanship and prices. The second day had many more items on the list. He does excellent work quickly and for a very fair price.
