You pay by the space used. They utilized every last inch in that truck! My job took more than one load and I swear they were gone less than 15 minutes to get a new truck and back reloading again. "customer service top notch. i called today hoping for garage door removal or repair due to car smashing part of the garage. sorry, but down to one tech so not able to help. she called back soon after to say she was sending a person out to check it. jeremy came, was able to straighten channel to make garage door open and close again (after two nights of remaining open). what a relief. it was done quickly, reasonably priced and we are delighted with the fine service!"

After the phone service told us the minimum charge was $188 for 1/8 (?) of a truck, we assumed that the two upright containers would surely only take that amount of room, especially since we had used them before and had an understanding of how big the truck was. When the workers arrived, they had a smaller truck, so - guess what? the charge was higher! In addition, thinking of the space in the truck we'd seen before, we had added a couple of items to what we wanted disposed. The total cost, including sales tax, wasa $$322! AND the electronic processing system forced us to choose a tip amount. A tip for what? A tip for doing their job? VERY UNHAPPY"
