"Francisco and his crew exceeded all of our expectations. He responded very promptly and did exactly what he said he would do, which is often not the case with many other contractors. We talked often and I always understood what the next was throughout the entire project. He was patient, providing us several quotes for various options, and was very knowledgeable with offering solutions particularly to solve our issues with standing water and potential flooding issues in our backyard. The paver patio he installed is gorgeous and we could not be happier with the results. We no longer have water in our yard and can sleep at night knowing we will not be waking up to water in our basement. Overall it was a very positive experience and refreshing to work with a contractor who was respectful, reliable and honest."
