"Have had Tri-State do several projects. All have been done quickly and well. Latest was cutting an egress window into a concrete foundation for a lower level walkout. Tri-state had to coordinate several employees to do the job and it turned out great! Along the way they picked up a few smaller jobs and handled equally well. They make sure to do things the right way as well, which I appreciate."

A hydraulic breaker attachment was rented to properly complete the pool demolition. Over 60 tons of fill sand and 14 tons of top soil were used to fill the remaining space and final grade work.
