"Needed to replace our 20 year old roof. Timothy's installed the last roof for the previous owners. Called and Russ came out the same day. Felt he gave me honest advice about what needed to get done. No pressure tactics. Got another quote from a reputable company and Timothy's quote was better by about $700. We decided to replace the flat roof and gutters in addition to the main roof. Signed the contract a few days later and Russ and his guys installed it 3 days later. Install of both roofs and the gutters was completed in 1 day. "Bill Marshall is a gem! When we contacted Bill to inquire about a new roof, he was so helpful. Our roof project was a bigger job than he wanted to take on at this time. They are a small company and don't do large jobs much anymore. However, that didn't stop him from taking tons of his personal time (with no personal gain!) to help me understand the process from start to finish. He guided me and advised me on multiple things and clarified many questions. He spent a lot of time giving me recommendations and other referrals. "I had a bad leaking after recent rain. The ceiling dropped and the water was everywhere. There were rain for several days in the forecast. I called my roofer friend and left several messages. Searching for top roofer in the Angie's list, I either got text said total roof replacement only, or the soonest appointment would be 2 weeks after. This guy Steve from Roofer 911 replied me within 30 minutes and came the next day at 10:30. He went over the problem area with his detector and let you know which part of ceiling were wet and possible source of the leaking. He did his estimate at my drive way and sent the paperwork through email. After I signed the contract, the workers showed up at 13:00 the same day and finished the work at 16:30. They documented what and how they did the fixing by taking pictures. The whole experience was so smooth and eased my anxiety. I will call Steve for any future roof jobs and will recommend Steve to my friends. I wish he had other talents like plumbing and repair air conditioning."

"I contacted Roof Solutions after we discovered a water coming through an upstairs light fixture. Eric came out and discovered a missing slate and unsealed nail hole along the roof ridge. Rather than just replace the slate and reseal the ridge, Eric proposed a cap along the entire ridge to prevent future occurrence. The finished product is attractive and blends well with the roof."
