"Called him and needed to get my brothers rug cleaned as he was coming home from a nursing home in a couple of days. The rug had really bad stains and smelled of urine. He came the next am, I sent pictures and he was honest that he wasn’t sure if he could get the stains out as they had been there for a while. I appreciated his honesty and he cleaned the rugs and most importantly no more smell.
