We were looking at metal roofing first and learned quickly that these folks know a lot about the options, potential issues and installation. Ultimately we went with CertainTeed asphalt shingles due to supply chain price increases for metal, a limited color selection, and because I tend to walk on my roof for a few reasons. On the 1st scheduled day the crew arrived on time and ready to work. They hung tarps and netting to collect all debris and protect shrubs , etc. They moved fast and efficiently with a big enough crew to clear old shingles and start installing new by mid-afternoon. At the end of the day they cleaned everything up, and I do mean everything. By end of day two they were done, once again cleaning everything before leaving. We were very impressed with Global and definitely recommend them for your roofing project."

"My ceiling started dripping on Saturday. <br /> I called Doug on Sunday - had a response within 2 hours. He said that he might be able to have his partner come to the house on Monday, or he could guarantee Tuesday morning and explained his minimum charge. Sure enough at 8am on Tuesday, he was at our house - our problem was big enough that to do a complete job, they would exceed the minimum charge time frame. Doug notified my wife of this and she authorized them to keep going. <br /> She informed them that we might have another area that might need treatment - they completed the initial area and then tackled the second area. I talked with her on the phone and she informed me that some of the snow that they cleared from the roof was against a basement window - they cleared that snow and cleared all of the snow off our decks. When I got home, the entire roof in the area of the leak was clear - the ice dams were gone, as was all of the snow. We have a couple of areas that could be future problems, but right now, our problems are solved. They could have recommended an immediate clearing of the potential problem areas, but, instead recommended we watch for problems - this meant that our immediate problems were solve - without inflating the bill. <br /> Doug was very professional and his crew (he ended up calling in a third person) were friendly. I think that the service was fairly priced - expensive, but priced at or below what was quoted. <br /> This winter in Minnesota has been an odd one - the snow has come in small increments - but has never melted. Quite frankly, I hope that we don't need Doug's ice dam removal in the future - but will feel comfortable calling him again. <br />"

Romulo Gomes and his crew at Loyalty Roofing Solutions are by far one of the best hiring decisions I have made: <br /> <blockquote> 1) Romulo's initial presentation of his solution was simple, but yet, I subsequently received an extremely comprehensive quotation which included photos of the house, certificates of all of his vendor qualifications, an extremely detailed description of the work and his other (excellent) references. </blockquote> <blockquote> 2) His price was significantly lower than everyone else I spoke to. <br /> 3) While that did make me a little concerned at first, it was easy to reconcile when I learned that Romulo himself works on every job personally. Keeping the compressor in their equipment trailer significantly reduced the noise for myself and my neighbors. The entire soffit needed to be replaced and was done so with 1/2" plywood, 4" vent holes and proper vents in every bay. </blockquote>5) Communications and all documentation was managed via on-line services including contract and warranty approvals. <br /> 6) Laryssa went above and beyond expectations to help prepare the documentation I needed for the insurance company when issues were uncovered after the project started. <br /> 7) Cleanup was thoroughly completed at the end of each day (which sometimes went from 7AM to 7PM.) <br /> Lastly, sometimes, it's just the small things that make the difference: A box of brownies appeared at the house a few days after they finished thanking us for our business. <br /> <br /> I hope that this recommendation does justice to the work Loyalty Roofing Solutions provides."
