"I contracted them for the whole summer so they have been here about 4 or 5 times. They did what they said they were going to do. They did a good job. My lawn is thick and green so I have been happy with them. They do continually pester me over the phone with sales calls about other services that I don't want. I will probably continue to use them."

"I had to have 3 trees cut down and their stumps ground out. I called and they booked a date for a week later and that was fine, but they called me later to see if they were able come in the next day and take out the trees, because they had a schedule change. This worked out very well for me. They cut the trees to 18" in length and stacked them nicely. The yard around the removals was nicely raked up. <br /> I was told that they would be out next week to grind out the stumps, because they had the grinder at another job site. Also, they had to call Diggers Hotline to have the area marked out for the utility lines on the property. As promised, the next week Diggers Hotline came and marked out all of the utilities and the following day, Charles and the grinder was there and my stumps were removed as promised and again the removal sites were nicely raked flat and cleaned up. <br /> I had forgotten that I had another stump in the yard that I had meant to ask about. The tree had been sawed down at some time in the past, but the stump was still there. I asked if it would be too much trouble to take that one out as well, since the grinder was already there. Charles said he would, because of its size and that it would be no problem to help me out with its removal. It was also interesting to find out that Charles had an Associates Degree in Landscaping and was extremely knowledgeable when I asked him questions concerning my tree care. <br /> I was delighted with their services and will gladly call them again for my landscaping needs. In my opinion, Rangers gets an A+ rating! <br />"

"Everyone that works there is decent, professional- and they did a terrify job with my design. I did have a hiccup when they gave me an estimate- apparently the employee doing the estimate on such a big project did not even visit the site- so when the crew got there, they saw some poison ivy and also did not realize the severity of the slope. They at first tried to renege on the contract even though I put a 50% deposit, and signed a contract. I told them that I would pay for the extra cost for spraying down the poison ivy- but unfortunately they gave me the impression that the cost of that would be minimal. Afterwards, they attempted to upcharge me over 20% of the entire project- or close to $2000 for basically weed spraying for 20 minutes on two separate days. They said that they took a lot longer than expected as well- but it wasn't the poison ivy that delayed them- the root of the problem was the employee that did not accurately calculate the scope of the project- and the company wanted me to mitigate for what in their perspective was not as profitable as they wanted. I don't think it's appropriate to renege on a contractor after the client seeks bids, drops those other bids, sends a deposit, and signs a contract. Presumably, a company should survey the project before the estimate. I understand there can be unexpected things that come up- but that's for the unseen or underground- the customer shouldn't be responsible for an estimate not to their liking."

"Its a family and their last name is Storm. They do lawn care, aeration, fertilization and weeds. They do a treatment and come back a little later and do another one to make sure they get all the cycles of the plants. It works! You get what you need."

"There were six guys on the team and each one knew what his job was and went about and did it with care. I was impressed and happy when I arrived home to see the final result. They did a great job! I would highly recommend Lizer's to do your landscaping and care for your lawn needs. They are professional, on time and the finished product is fantastic. <br />"

"So far, mediocre. The fall maintenance work was pretty good. I had to call to find out when they would be coming to do the work; as they never kept me informed. Spring clean-up was much worse. I had to call to get an estimated time for their arrival. I was given a time, and then they didn't show. Then I was given another time, and they didn't show. And, yet again, a third time no show. Three weeks went by; no work done. All the while my calls took several days to be returned. Ugh. The spring clean up itself was okay. The leaves and debris were removed, but they only trimmed my front lawn bushes and completely neglected the backyard bushes. Not sure why. They are the exact same type and size of bushes. But it's their recent neglect that has me writing a review. I have a contract for summer weeding and general lawn care. It's over halfway thru June and have they shown??? Nope. Called??? Nope. Did they assure me they would be here sometime last week??? Yep. When I call tomorrow will my call be returned within two or three days??? Bet not. Also, I recently had a couple of large jobs bid out by them. While I find general maintenance pricing to be within reason... the larger jobs were way too expensive. All in all, the work that is done is mostly good.... If they show up. Be prepared to call, and call, and call..... If you're looking for hassle-free, reliable lawn maintenance... Maybe look somewhere else. <br />"
