Terrence worked with us on the design, so we could get exactly what we wanted. He is very creative with his tile work, and offered options in the design that I wouldn't have thought of. The result is beautiful. He tested all the new faucets and plumbing as they were installed, to be sure they were working properly. He was also very particular about his underlayment work and used high quality materials to prevent any future water damage, which was one of our concerns. "They bring in a giant vacuum and they use a rotary tool with a brush on it and it goes through and takes off the dust and dander and what not from the inside of the ducts while it vacuums at the same time. They also do carpet and upholstery. They did spot cleaning, pet stains, and they moved the smaller furniture like recliners and end tables."
