"They began installing windows and doors on November 4, 2025 and as of January 2, 2026 they are still not finished. I was told told today they could schedule the final appointment on January 19. The project supervisor seemed to have no concept of customer service regarding scheduling. We had our house in disarray for over two months, had to accommodate over nine separate visits for partial and incomplete work. I feel completely disappointed and disrespected and just plain sad that I gave this company over $70,000 for such a horrific experience. "
