"We considered hardscaping our aging back yard and pool area for some time. System Pavers was one of the top of our list from my search. After we met a System Pavers rep at a commercial fair and discussed some of the aspects of what we wanted, I contacted them for an interview and evaluation. Patrick (Designer) came to our house fully prepared, discussed our desires, measured, took pictures, and came up with a preliminary plan. He went back to his office and prepared a very nice graphic design of suggestions and pricing. We reviewed the design and prices and returned to him with our budget. After discussions, he made further design changes to our liking and suggested we visit their warehouse to pick out pavers. We were dumfounded at the huge warehouse of many outdoor designs - fully built out! After sending us to another warehouse where we picked out our pool coping pavers, we were set. Upon signing contracts, our system project manager, Derek, met with us at our house to view what was needed. A contractor team led by Alex began work on a mutual date. What these guys did was nothing short of amazing. From the demo to the final stages of setting pavers, their meticulous work shined through. Derek kept in contact throughout the work visiting us several times to review things with me and Alex. As expected we had to make some adjustments during the project discovering piping and existing decking. Alexs team of hard workers were courteous and friendly working tirelessly each day with the utmost attention to details and total respect for our property. From beginning to end, our System Pavers team was accommodating - working with us to every detail (including budget) to an absolutely gorgeous end-product. "Excavation was first rate and incredibly efficient due to expert operators. Company owns and operates new equipment. We had huge job and everything was well within their scope and capabilities. Trenched and installed over 200 ft of electrical conduit and irrigations lines. Grading was outstanding. All drops perfect to spec. Recent rains validate all runoff built as designed to include very complicated 10 yard concrete stair, landing and retaining structure. GeoWall retaining system was a large 1100 sq ft project on a complicated incline. Base development, drainage and grid/strap installation all excellent resulting in level rows up to 6 feet high. Concrete planning, forming, color and execution of 60 sq ft slab with custom incllines exact to specification. Asphalt install on steep drive outstanding. Installed 4 inch steel boarders for erosion control and sharp presentation. Team members are absolute pros and highly efficient. Always on time and always left a clean jobsite. Company has my highest recommendation…5 stars +"

"Neal Burgess came over and planted 3 redwood trees for me on a Saturday.  One of his workmen planted two pepper trees on our hillside. The retaining wall went well.  I was disappointed they would not prune an oak tree but I was told they are not removing trees any longer."

"So great. Great and quick communication and quick service. Came and did what they said they were gonna do and had it done BEFORE they said it was going to be done. There was no time wasted. Guys came in their company cars, worked, took their lunch, came back and continued until days end. I was quite impressed with the amount of work they completed and how well they did it. The owner came to check on the job and they cleaned up very well at the end of the day. We have had a lot of work done at our house over the years, and they are by far the most efficient, clean and professional. This was a patio replacement. We had an old steel patio and they replaced it with a stunning white aluminum patio, with two fans and an attached gazebo with carriage lights. It is stunning. They went above and beyond on design. The price was also comparable to other estimates i received for just the main patio with no gazebo. So I felt like I got more than what I paid for. Will definitely have them come back to do a full backyard remodel."

"I had 3 old bamboo groves that needed removal, as they were runners and taking over. This was a really tough task and Elmer and his team did an amazing job, from start to finish. I will use them again, and recommend this company to everyone I know!! I put this out to 7 companies, of which two did not return my calls and two came out to review the scene and never got back to me, despite follow up calls. Of the 3 companies that responded, Fernandez Tree Service was the clear stand out. Elmer Fernandez contacted me within two hours of my Home Advisor query and set up a time to view the scene that Monday. He arrived at the promised time, was very knowledgeable, answering the numerous questions I had, and formulated a plan and estimated costs before he left the property. I had to follow up with the other two companies, both of which took nearly a week to respond with plans / cost estimates. Based on the superior customer service I received from Elmer and the competitive quote he provided, I engaged Fernandez Tree Service for this job. Elmer and his team of 6 came less than a week later and did an expert job of removing all the bamboo and runners, and even pulled out a large overgrown section close to the sidewalk as an added bonus. It took them a full day to complete the job and they left the site in amazing condition. I am ecstatic at the result and thank Elmer and his great team for doing such a fantastic job with this very tough task!!!"

"We hired Westside Grading and Paving to repave/repair our private road and the driveways of the six residents on the lane. Jason was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and he and his workers did a great job. He gave us good prices, and when I felt that one part of it could be improved, he had it redone. Turns out his original repair was better than the one I suggested, and he fixed the problem. He's also just an all-around nice guy, and we have some interesting conversations. If I ever need paving work done again, I'd use Jason and Westside Grading and Pavers in a New York minute."
