"Excellent job! Windows and screens were cleaned very well & in good time. The windows & screened were NOT installed or repaired but were cleaned. (There is no 'specific project'choice listed for cleaning.)"

"Excellent work, the windows were actually cleaned by hand instead of just tools. Screens all cleaned too! I will use this company again!"

"they keep my solar panels clean and working"

"Awesome job cleaning gutters, pressure washing house and cleaning windows - courteous young man who worked over and above - left no mess"

"I had a wonderful experience with Ochoa Specialty Cleaning. Marisol was friendly, professional, and very easy to communicate with from the beginning. She responded quickly and made the whole process easy. Most importantly, she and her team did an amazing job cleaning my home. When I walked in, I could immediately feel how clean everything was. The whole house felt new and refreshed, and I really noticed the attention to detail. Even my son commented on what a great job they did in his room! I highly recommend Marisol and Ochoa Specialty Cleaning and am very happy to have found them."

"Had a great experience with them, prices are good and they did a great job cleaning. Also they came on a short notice which was incredible. Would highly recommend"

"Mike and his brother are personable and friendly. They did a good job of cleaning my dryer vent and left my laundry room and front porch clean. I would recommend them."

"I have had other cleaning services and was very unhappy with the
quality of the cleaning.  Alicia and two other employees cleaned my
house from top to bottom and when they were finished my house was as
clean as a new house would be.  They were here for 6 hours and cleaned
all the light fixtures, ceiling fans, blinds, floors, pictures and all
other regular house cleaning tasks.  I have never been so happy with a
house cleaning surface before.  Alicia likes to start the first cleaning as a
comprehensive cleaning..sort of starting out with a clean slate before
beginning bi-weekly cleaning. This is why they were here for so long and
why she charged me double my regular rate for bi-weekly cleaning. She
will be cleaning my house bi-weekly from now on!
