"I called in the morning and they had a two person crew here by early afternoon. They gave me an approximate price and got right to work. They completed the job fast and remained professional and polite the entire time. When they had completed moving the brush pile the cleaned everything up (raked and swept). I was very impressed with the entire operation. <br />"

"They dropped off the mini roll off bin when they said but picked it up a day later than expected. However we didn't get charge as much as the quote so that was a nice surprise. We kind of worried about neighbors adding stuff to the bin but it went well with that too. We didn't do a lot of comparison in prices but they were a bit less expensive than our regular disposal company."

"I would urge anyone who uses this company to verify visually anything you are having installed. They do good work, but we pointed to a neighboring rock bed and said we wanted to match that color. At several rock yards it's referred to as blue grey, yet their rock yard had something else called blue grey. They refused to fix the problem when I told them after they started putting it down it's the wrong rock, the next day the put the rest of it down and then wanted to charge us 6,000 dollars to fix the problem they created. So we were stuck with the rock, also the flagstone they brought in was yellow which is not what my wife wanted again they went their own way with the design without consulting us and to fix that they wanted thousands of dollars again. A path on the side of the house was built with what's called breeze and it's pretty steep, they built the path, but also the downspouts were supposed to flow towards the street not the back yard, and they failed to tell us about the neighbors downspout and the first big storm washed a 1 foot deep trench on the side our our house. When we told them about it they fixed it, and told us it was our neighbors fault. If they would of told me up front about that problem I would of used cement. In the end I paid 700 to move my neighbors downspout down the side of their home and the landscaper modified my spout to drain towards the street for free. Do not appreciate the additional cost. Also the weed block they use, weeds grow on it, had to roundup all the rock areas to stop weeds from growing up, they just grow on top of the rocks. <br /> <br /> They did really great work, but they are a pain to work with. If there is anything in the contract they can use to get out of fixing something they will do it. The owner blamed us for the problems and refused to accept any blame. We paid for a design, we are not designers, and we did not really get a proper design service. When we asked about a rock look, we were told to go to a rock yard and check it out, different rock yards call different things the same name."
