They provided full services, including: roof inspection with recommendations, proposal with cost estimate, referrals to completed projects, technical specifications, application of the silicon membrane coating, clean-up, follow up inspections, and annual inspections. Minor repairs needed were immediately addressed. Questions were addressed in short order. The laborers doing the actual roof-top work were pleasant and cheerful. The cost for about 1,600 square feet of roofing was approximately $11,000, or about $7/sqft. This was less than half of the other quotes.
