"<p>Paul and Frankie completed the work agreed to per a written scope of work and then some without any additional charges; move pool furniture and grill from the deck; paint decking around the perimeter of the screened cage.  The pool deck looks great and I would definitely hire them again and will recommend them to anyone looking to get their pool deck resurfaced. It's too soon to tell how the surface it going to wear with time but if it should require anything, I feel confident that Paul will come out, assess the situation and suggest the best way to take care of it. There are no warranties on cracks, crack repair, wear surfaces or water ponding but that's standard with most contractors. All of the existing cracks were fixed however and even planter areas that had been filled with concrete 12 years prior were prepped and covered with the new finish in the best possible way. "I really appreciate Bob putting up with me. I called him on 11/14 and he came for an estimate on 11/15. I live in PA and this is a rental property in Cape Canaveral so most of the contact had to be done over the phone, email, and mail. The driveways were removed on 12/20 and the new concrete was poured on 12/23. I didn't get to see everything until 1/4 but everything looked great. It was a 9x100 driveway on one side and an 18x25 driveway on the other side with a 4 foot walkway up to the house. Doing things through the mail for the permits and checks was a pain but that's my fault for not being there. <br />"

"The entire project went very well. Consultant Bob Eversman was very prompt and thorough for our first meeting. He advised that colors are limited due to production cutbacks as a result of Covid. We decided on a color, but using the online tool supplied in the brochure that allowed us to see our house with one or two other colors, we decided on a color change later, and there was no problem. The "team" came right on schedule, and we were amazed at how professional and diligent they were in completing our 1700 plus sq ft home in one day. We were visited the next day by a gentleman who checked on everything and decided that we needed one more nail sweep. This is the one caveat I would mention. We have continued to find roofing nails, so I would caution the homeowner to make certain nail removal is thorough no matter who your roofer may be. We were contacted several times through the process to make certain things were going well, and the one or two times we mentioned something, it was taken care of immediately. Warranties were provided immediately as well. The dumpster was removed on the 2nd day following completion of the roof. We are happy to have a new roof, and pleased to have one that looks very nice. It was done promptly and at a fair price. Reroofing isn't something a homeowner looks forward to, but you will do yourself a favor if you choose Stratus Roofing. c"

"<p>The job was done by only one person, Victor.  He was very prompt and liked to start early in the morning (7:15).  He was courteous and very good at explaining the process.  He showed us pictures and samples of the paint colors and stamps so we would know what it looked like when it was done. All-in-all he did a good job. I'm an engineer so to my fault, there were some area I believe could have been done a little better.  Being in Florida, and it being July, it was quite hot.  So he could only apply about a 8-10 sq. ft. area of concrete overlay at a time because he had to stamp it with the pattern before the concrete started to solidify. As a result, the transition areas where each application of the concrete overlay meet with the previous one, did not turn out as smooth and transparent as I would have liked. When I mentioned this, he did make an effort to sand any rough transition area down but buy this time the overlay was hard and difficult to work with.  This was only in two area.  the reminder of the deck and patio was fine.  Again, my wife is thrilled about the new look.  We have grand kids over constantly and the overlay surface paint is a non-skid type of texture so this will prevent slipping. I would definitely recommend Modern Concrete Design.</p> <br />"
