"After careful consideration by qualifying 4 roofing companies and 2 expert witnesses, our association chose Aastro Roofing as our roofing contractor to replace the roof on our clubhouse and for all 23 building and 100 units just under $2MM including demo of gutters, sheathing, facia, replace domed ABS skylights with E5 triple pane glass low profile, Landmark Pro shingles, commercial sized gutters, repairing stucco and painting. We could not be happier with the end result. More importantly, after the job was completed, we did have a few issues that were repaired immediately.
