"I hired Lianro back in December of 2000 to replace my old shake shingle roof with a new stone-coated steel one. Their estimate for the work was very reasonable, and they did the whole job in less than a week. I've had zero leaks or problems of any kind since. The material is now 17 years old, and is only showing a little wear around some of the bends where the stone coating has flaked off due to hail, wind, snow, and workmen walking around on it. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

For a job that I was prepared to take all day, they were in and out of here in a matter of hours. They even took time to indulge my disabled son. Took time to answer even his questions. Not everyone does that.  All four were very polite and exceptional to deal with. The whole time being respectful of our home. What a joyful and pleasant surprise. Right down to a fabulous job on even the clean up. Above and beyond, I would say. <br />  The change from our old windows was immediate and phenomenal!
