He gave me professional advice on what generator I should buy, then he made himself available on another very busy day on the Monday after the storm when I finally found a generator. He found a store far away that had the equipment needed, picked them up, showed up on time, did an absolutely beautiful installation, and brought electricity back to our home after 3 days so we could move back in with our little kid in a warm and pleasant home.  Chris showed up for the estimate for both jobs. He presented reasonable quotes for both jobs. He also offered various options for both jobs that I did not think of, so that helped a lot. His crew showed up exactly as promised. Both jobs went smooth. Both crews were polite and professional.  The office staff is very pleasant and accommodating.
 I like the fact that both crews were quite and clean, no b******* and banging things. I think we have all had work done with companies that send in crews that complain about how everything is wrong , that and the job is going to be difficult .
