"It is my first time using their service. I am very pleased with the service.Mel, the installer, did an excellent job. Also the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone having an electrical project."

"We lost power during the recent storm. I made a few calls but only Patt responded right away. He was kind enough to come for a free estimate between his jobs on a very busy day after the storm. He gave me professional advice on what generator I should buy, then he made himself available on another very busy day on the Monday after the storm when I finally found a generator. He found a store far away that had the equipment needed, picked them up, showed up on time, did an absolutely beautiful installation, and brought electricity back to our home after 3 days so we could move back in with our little kid in a warm and pleasant home. Patt is absolutely a gem in this business. It doesn't happen often to find such a professional and passionate and responsible person. Someone who works 6am to 9pm on a storm day to help his clients. Someone who doesn't charge extra for this urgent and high-quality service. He could ask for two times the price and I probably would have had no choice but to pay him that, but he was fair, and his urgent work did not sacrifice the quality. We hope to use his service for many years to come. Thank you Patt!"

"Excellent work as always - this is our third time using Antonio and they always do a great job and clean up! We had a new panel installed with a switch for a new generator that I bought. They also ran a new circuit for my microwave which used to trip the breaker all the time. THANK YOU!"

"We needed a subpanel installed to our electrical system and wiring extended into our garage for the installation of a Tesla wall charger. Wilfredo & Dennis did the job for Spirelli. They were prompt, polite, COVID-safe, and did a great job."

"Freddy tackles the repair until it was complete. I am satisfied with his work."

"Excellent! Angelo and Joe are super nice guys. Helped me and my family when Con Ed decided to abandon us. The hooked up the generator, gave detailed instructions on how to operate and were quick to respond. Will definitely hire them again! Thank you Tri Cat Electric!"

"

This was two separate jobs. Although it is taking some time to get the generator, their guys came out in advance and installed the panel. They gave us the option of purchasing the generator in our own for quicker turn around. They were very professional, courteous and explained how everything will work once the generator arrives. Their quote was less than 1/2 what others wanted and they quoted us the most reasonable generator for what we wanted powered. Other companies only gave us the option of far more power than we needed or wanted & far more work on our panel.

We also had an entire room with no electricity (we just the purchased home, it was not a thrown breaker) and a handful of new light fixtures and switches to install. Obviously, the room issue could have been a big or little problem. One company gave us a flat fee estimate of $2,000 to diagnose and fix the problem + additional fees for the other installations. Conte gave us a quote with minor fees for the install work and simply "Time & Material" for the room. It took Joe 30 minutes to find and fix the problem @ less than $100 an hour.

They are a busy group, so it took some time for our work. But they are very reasonably priced compared to others and honest!

"Without Joe's help, this project could not have happened. As the owner of AJI Electrical, he helped me throughout this project. I really knew nothing about generators or their installation until Joe met with me. I only knew that frequent power outages had left me vulnerable. Joe helped me understand how the generator provides power to selected circuits in the home. He helped me decide on which generator would best fit my needs. And then he provided the best possible installation. By the time he was done, I was fully informed on the operation and maintenance of the generator. Joe was patient and understanding of my questions. He gave me all the time I needed. He did not abandon me after the generator was installed. When I could not find the serial number to sign up for the warranty, Joe searched his paperwork and mailed me the information. He suggested I place the generator on a platform of cinder-blocks and pressurized wood. After I purchased the blocks, Joe sent over a team to arrange the platform and place the generator on it. No charge for this service. I can not speak more highly of Joe's help on this project. It has been my pleasure to work with him and his team. I can recommend him with my highest regards. I feel honored to have had the chance to work with him and look forward to future projects. Thank you so much, Joe."
