"They plowed the wrong house, by accident, even though I have video coverage on my entire driveway. Proving it was never plowed. Instead of doing the right thing and making it right, he refused to admit he plowed the wrong driveway and insisted on charging me for it. In the end I had to go out and shovel it myself would highly suggest avoiding. He also damaged vinyl siding with a weed wacker and tried to deny involvement, pretending it wasn't him. If he tried to make it right, it would be a different story. Extremely unprofessional."

"The provider plowed my driveway. While the provider was doing so, a helper of his made a very narrow path, removing snow from the driveway to my front door. The provider may or may not have known what his helper was doing. When the provider made a last pass on the driveway, he pushed a lot of snow in front of the very narrow path, which his helper had just made to my front door, blocking easy access to the front door. The amount of snow blocking access to my front door was now several feet high. I asked the provider if he would remove the several feet of snow now blocking access to my front door. He refused to do so. Then he said that I would have to pay extra. I explained to him exactly what I have just expressed in this synopsis, indicating to him that I simply wanted the snow, which his helper had removed, and which he, the provicer, had pushed back, blocking the entrance to my front door, removed again. He repeated again that I would have to pay extra. I objected to what I construed to be extortion. And he said to me distinctly, several times, perhaps even a half-dozen times: "I don't care." I said that his attitude was very unprofessional, to which he replied: "I don't care." I finally said to him that I felt obligated to contact Angi Services, to which he once again replied: "I don't care." Frankly, I was shocked by his attitude and replies. His behavior was incomprehensible"
