"Pat and his team were, by and large, fantastic. They executed on all aspects of the original quote flawlessly. The ribbon pointing around the stonework, especially in the front part of the house, turned out very nice. We're extremely happy with how the masonry looks. It went so smoothly, we added additional work onto the quote to seal the concrete and touch up paint along the exterior of the house. The painting wasn't as neat or clean as it could have been - it's probably a little step above what I could have done. Mostly importantly, when we encountered a couple of problems along the way, they were responsive and went above and beyond to sort it out. "Maintain It All did a great job digging up a mess of old concrete, the extent which was not known prior to starting the job to then lay down a new driveway extension. The driveway looks great and their project manager was very helpful throughout the process. The pricing is middle of the road, however their level of service and quality of the work more than makes up for paying a little extra. They also did a soft wash of my house/deck which came out very nicely for a reasonable price."
