"Keyco was very prompt and efficient after I called them. Two plumbers arrived on the scheduled date with the new water heater. They removed the old heater and found that additional parts were needed to complete the installation. They went to a local hardware store and were back with the parts quickly. The entire process was completed in about 3 hours and appropriate cleanup was done. I found that the temperature set at the factory was not sufficient. I called the company owner early on the morning of Oct 1 and he sent a plumber out immediately. He increased the heat setting and I am now completely satisfied with the new heater and the installation. I highly recommend Keyco to anyone needing a plumber. <br />"
