"I cannot recommend this company enough!!! We have a very busy house with three teen/preteen BOYS. One of our toilets suddenly started backing up into the shower (YUCK). So I searched for local plumbers and called the closest one to us. It was a large company and I wanted someone who could â fix it in a flashâ . BAD DECISION. After I waited all day for them to no show I started my search again. I called Tierney Plumbing. They were very responsive and got me right on the schedule saying someone could be out within 2 hours! Yes please! We were even MORE surprised when the plumber called asking if it was ok for him to come EARLY! We were met with Joe and let me tell youâ ¦Joe is the kindest, most professional and RESPECTFUL man ever!!! He was efficient. He was careful with everything. He explained everything. He went over and above what he needed to to make EXTRA sure the issue was resolved. He educated us on some things and â ¦ most importantlyâ ¦ never said ONE negative thing about the â otherâ company. He spoke very highly of his own company, including the owners and other employees. He said they were all very family oriented and I can promise youâ ¦ IT SHOWS! I will never ever call another company for any plumbing needs. I had no issues with their pricing either. We actually thought we would be paying a lot more than we did!! "Chad is a very nice, well-spoken young man in business for himself. He was on time, and did the work I needed with efficiency. He had to change a fitting at the water valve and then install a dishwasher. The dishwasher did not have the proper electrical plug, so he went, got the part and fixed that as well. Iâ m glad I was able to support this young man and his company."

"Overall, the experience was positive. The techs quickly and efficiently located and resolved my issue (the pool pump timer was bad, and the voltage output was non existent to the pump). I asked, however, for a price prior to performing the work and was not given one. I went inside to grab my husband and when I got back out(less than 5 minutes later) the work was done and they were discussing pricing amongst themselves so it appears there was some grey area on pricing. Overall, they were friendly, fixed the problem, and were much appreciated- but pricing transparency should be worked on."

"The original problem was a backed up sewer line. What turned out was the main pipe had become corroded and tree roots already invaded it along a span of three feet of pipe. The mere clearing of this main line was futile and I already paid a previous plumber for this. Joey’s Co. ran a video camera and showed me the problem live and advice me to cut the section of the pipe and replace. Also, two toilets in the home were old and working inefficiently and needed to be replaced immediately. Also, I learned that with cast iron pipes, you need to run more pressure water or else you stand to cause plugs in the line. Part of the service provided this day was to inform and educate me and my family in the construction and materials used in old homes like mine. The information was honest, sincere and, as everything turned out in the end, correct. I am pleased to recommend Joey’s Plumbing Co. to everyone."
