"Our roof was almost 21 years old. Typical suburban 2400 sq ft home - single story - etc. We accepted several quotes. Mr. Ricky Hunt was by far the most knowledgeable of the product and the process. We were very impressed with the level of detail that he discussed with us. He also expressed a sincere interest in taking good care of our property during the work. Elite's quote was not the lowest, but we felt like they were the best choice. Ricky was great at communicating with us before and during the work. Lets face it folks, this is an ugly messy job. My wife and I are serious gardeners and our yard is not roofer friendly! Ricky was present the whole time and made sure they did the best they could to avoid any damage to our plants and landscaping. They were pretty careful and spent a lot of time cleaning up and searching for nails. We were impressed with the quality of the work. Everything looks nice and neat, straight, etc. They even painted the plumbing stacks to match the shingles. We elected to add the ridge vents and those were installed nicely. They added drip edge, valley sealing, and used upgraded materials compared to the original roof. The roofing crew was very pleasant, seemed focused on doing good work, were confident, and took some pride in their work. Their team addressed any repairs or flashing replacement required as well. So, we are happy so far. Ricky was great to work with and seemed very intent on assuring us a good experience and a roof that will keep us nice and dry for many years. We have no hesitations in recommending Elite. We chose the GAF shingles, btw, they offer a very comprehensive warranty...and they look great!"

"I paid for an inspection (required upfront) in December. They didn't come out for an inspection for more than 3 weeks. The guys that came out were really nice and took a lot of pictures and told me about a few issues. Unfortunately, I have not received an inspection report or estimate with those photos and it's been almost 2 months since the inspection. I called them a couple times and was always told someone would call me back..I'm still waiting. I tried one last time today, after waiting a couple weeks, and no one answered. I wasted $250 and have nothing to show for it. I feel like I was scammed."
