He explained what needs to be done and showed damaged areas of our roof and chimney, and he gave estimated cost. Then I received a detailed written quote from John. He also stopped by and explained the worst and better case about the repairs. First they fixed my rusting chimney. They completely sanded and re-painted with high heat paint. After a week they replaced my entire roof. Damaged boards are replaced, vents are replaced. They did a really clean job they cleaned all fallen asphalt shingles. They also deal with association and township approvals. Patrick and John came in and inspected and showed all the pictures before and after.
