"I hired them to remove a hanging tree branch tangled in power lines and while they were there to get the debris pile out of my yard. They had a low bid and they were able to get to me the same day! They told me they also do landscaping. I’ll probably be hiring them again in the future. Oh, and they didn’t just get the debris pile, they raked all the sticks up from the whole yard!"

"I wasn't very pleased with them at all. I paid that money and it was a little less than 10 minutes. He told me he had a high power blower. I'm looking down at my downspouts and I'm seeing webs and leaves on the downspouts part. He was like, "Oh your gutters are clean." The little debris he took off, he just threw it in the yard and left, I was picking it up myself. At the end, he told me I needed new gutters. He said the people that put these up here didn't know what they were doing. The gutter master that I have, is the thing that stops leaves from coming in. He said, "Oh yeah, they went out bankrupt." I didn't know they went bankrupt, I just knew they weren't in business no more. He said, "Oh yeah, you need to have this replaced." He was telling me about the product they have. He didn't have any cards to give me, he didn't have any fliers on it, no literature, he just wrote down a phone number and I'm like, "That sure doesn't sound right to me." The price was right in the same ballpark from what the others were. It was average. But, to me, they really didn't do a damn thing. I wasn't pleased with what he did. He could have cleaned up after himself. I just wasn't pleased with the work, I really wasn't, not at all."

"Called twice and setup 2 appointments. Did not show for either appointment. Didn't call to say he wasn't going to make either appointment. Didn't apologize when I called after he missed the first appointment. Eventually Dennis showed up and looked at the roof. The estimate matched the final price. He must have taken 5 phone calls during the 20 minutes he was at the house which was a little ignoring. Anyway we set the date for the repair, which he missed. After calling and reminding him that he missed the date, this time he did apologize and set a new date. The roof is fixed (it was a minor repair) and it looks like they did a very good job. So basically you need to stay on Dennis to keep his attention but they did a good job."

After making several calls to companies in our area and getting either no response or a rude response, I was fortunate enough to find this company.  I called and left a voice mail on a Sunday afternoon and within 24 hours I received a return phone call from Jeremy.  He was very accommodating to our families schedule as we were trying to set a day for him to come out and look at the job, We have never had our house pressure washed before, so we had a lot of basic questions. He was punctual arriving at our house. He walked around the house with us, discussing every aspect of cleaning the house, as he kindly and patiently answered ALL of our questions.  He is very professional and knowledgeable in the process of pressure washing houses, decks and deck flooring.  He emailed us the bid to have the work done, and we accepted - completely trusting that the work would be completed as promised, and IT WAS!  The house, the gutters, the porch and decking look as good as new -- WHITE! Not gray and black. Before they began the job, I mentioned to Jeremy that I would like my flower beds around the house to not be destroyed in this process -- "They won't be touched" he said, and they weren't! To my amazement, I couldn't even tell they had been there.  We will definitely call this company again for any services they offer that we can use, including the cleaning of our porch and house. Now that we have someone we can call that we trust to pressure wash our house, we won''t wait 10 years to have it done."

Was supposed to add additional venting to the roof as well, but failed to complete this portion. Tried calling once, but no response.
