"My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."

From quote of project to time line. I cannot say enough about the expertise of the workers which matched their work ethic. Always making sure every detail was on point and approved by me. A full Bathroom update plus laying over 300 square feet of tile with full demo of both areas. To come under 3 weeks speaks to the diligence of their work. Justin was always on time and always prepared for the day's work. He was very clear what work would be completed each day and always kept our interests in mind to make sure we were as comfortable as possible living in our home while he was working. We now have a reliable contractor we can reach out to anytime we need work completed."
