He gave me a detailed estimate outlining the project, that fit my budget and time frame for completion. It was completed in 2 days, tear out, leveling and framing, with porch roof braces removed and walkable on 3rd day. He and his crew were professional, friendly diligent workers that kept the area tidy while working and immaculatly cleaned up when finished. The finished result is perfect! I am very pleased with Emerald Concrete Llc, they do meticulous job at reasonable cost, I would highly recommend them!"

It involved installing a natural stone “stairway,“ with landings, on two small hills. The previous contractor did not succeed. Manager and members of the team sent to install were courteous and professional. I did think, however, the charges were a little pricey given what I was expecting from a previous assessment, and thus I may have shopped around more if not wanting job to be done quickly. Not sure if could have gotten work done more cheaply anyway, so overall quite satisfied."
