"started out really well. Responsive and very knowledgeable, but follow through started to decline after a few applicaitons. Had to call to remind them to do the things we had discussed to improve the lawn on several occasions. We decided to let them do some landscaping and I should have known better when I never got a final drawing of the plan. I trusted them. It looks pretty amateur and I am very disappointed in the final outcome. They didn't follow the plan when it was finally done. They used plants I didn't want and said I would pay for them anyway. They ruined some of my neighbors yard and were very sloppy with their equipment. My yard looked terrible after the landscaping and they never fixed it despite asking them to do so. Very disappointed."

"IHC was described to us as a "one-stop shop" for everything. Over time we learned that was true! We started with just floor finishing and staining while moving into a recently purchased home (a ~100 yr old home, so plenty of work needed), Slowly over time we continually added things, and Matthew made it work. They knew about our move-in date and made sure the floors were done and ready for us to move in (which just added to the excitement for us, it was great job). So I'd have to say they were very flexible, even though I know they have a full schedule. We did have an issue with one window, and they were over soon to address it. Some tiles in the kitchen seem to need some extra support and they will be addressing it soon too. So good responsiveness even after the work is done. Strongly recommend!"

"Kevin was straight up from the beginning---no surprises...  He told me the dehumidifier disposal would be an extra $25 charge. He told me that he could not fit all of it in a single load, but will offer me a good discount on a second (partial) load.  I opted for 1 load and to systematically eliminate the rest of it through our weekly garbage pickup (which was probably a mistake on my part because it was way too much effort to save $125).  I requested that he leave behind only the small stuff.  We scheduled a time and he delivered!---actually he hauled!  He did not short-change me at all----he loaded his truck to the very max and really packed it in.  He had to leave behind a whole bunch of small stuff---exactly as I requested----which took me 3 weeks of garbage pickup to eliminate completely.  I would recommend Kevin's services, and I would call him again if the need arises.  Next time I think I'll go ahead and pay for the extra partial load, too! <br /> <br /> <br />"
